Terms of use

Welcome to PostCatch, a form backend service operated by millisecond.studio ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the PostCatch website and service. By creating a form, signing up, or pointing a form at PostCatch, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

The service

PostCatch receives form submissions on your behalf, filters spam, stores submissions, and delivers them to the email address you configure. Plans, quotas, and pricing are described on the homepage. Submissions received past your plan's monthly quota are stored but not delivered; we notify you when that happens. We may adjust plans and quotas over time, with notice for changes that affect paying customers.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information (in particular a receiving email address you control), keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Forms created without a signup must be confirmed by email before they deliver.

Acceptable use

You must not use PostCatch to:

• Collect data unlawfully, or without the legal right and any consent required from the people submitting your forms.
• Receive, distribute, or solicit content that is fraudulent, harmful, or illegal, including phishing or malware.
• Circumvent quotas, spam filtering, or other limits, including by creating multiple accounts.
• Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

You are responsible for your own site's compliance with the privacy laws that apply to it, including telling your visitors how their submissions are handled. We may suspend forms or accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

You own your form submissions. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: receiving, storing, filtering, and emailing submissions as described in our privacy policy. We claim no other rights over your data.

Intellectual property

The PostCatch website, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the service or its materials for a competing commercial purpose.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to deliver every legitimate submission, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free spam filtering, or that any particular email will be delivered. Keep this in mind before relying on PostCatch for critical or time-sensitive data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which permanently deletes your forms and stored submissions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
